We are a indie hand-craft studio, so when the pre-order ends and the project enters the production stage, the deposit is not refundable except for quality and project delay reasons.


If there are any quality problems with the spot and pre-order products, please contact customer service for after-sales replacement.


If the goods are lost during transportation, please contact the postal company to discuss follow-up support. Our studio will not be held responsible for this.


Each country also has different tariffs and tax systems. Our studio does not responsible for any custom or import duties
